To Win:
Contest is open to residents of Canada, The 50 United States, or the District of Columbia-- excluding the Province of Quebec, The State of Florida, and Puerto Rico. Entrants must be between the ages of 18 and 35. The contest runs from November 15, 2010, the start of Global Entrepreneurship Week, to January 31, 2011.
The winners will be selected based on:
1. Creativity, feasibility, and innovativeness of their idea
2. Public support in the form of Tweet votes
Your friends and followers can vote for you (up to once per day) by tweeting to @ilumii, saying "@ilumii I vote for @YourTwitterName".
Our contest panel, combined with user twitter-voting, will pick the Top Ten most popular and innovative entries. The Top-Ten entrants will be invited to submit a questionnaire on how they will "inspire, connect, mentor and engage learners through their ilumii.com school" and why they are qualified to run an online school. Then, a Grand Prize Winner and Runners-Up will be selected from this group.
Winners will be announced by February 28, 2011.
